Data use boundary
The context sources, process descriptions, judgment criteria, failure feedback, and approval emails you enter may contain business secrets, customer information, internal decisions, and personal information. Please only upload content that you have permission to process, and avoid pasting unnecessary personal sensitive information, passwords, keys, original contract texts or production credentials. Current 10 role review supplements: Sensitive fields require summarized input or reference locations by default, reducing the need to upload complete business secrets, customer personal information, original contract texts, credentials, and internal decision-making details. ; Common keys, tokens, production credentials, personal identifiers, and unnecessary personal sensitive information should be prompted or detected before submission, AI call, save, approval, rollback snapshot, and export. ; The exported report must indicate that it may contain business secrets and personal information; the exported copy is managed by the user, and project deletion will not automatically delete the report that the user has downloaded or forwarded. ; The deletion and retention policies must specify the scope of projects, records, AI runs, approvals, audit events, rollback snapshots, export Markdown, backups and logs respectively; unimplemented or unverified parts are marked as unknown. ; The front end must not write sensitive fields into URLs, non-essential localStorage, third-party logs, or unmasked error reports.
Data retention
Project data is used to generate and save contextual assets, closed-loop blueprints, process drafts, approval records, and version history on this site; administrators can delete projects, and this site will no longer display these records after deletion, but exported reports must be managed by users themselves.
Human responsibility and rollback
This product generates enterprise context, closed-loop blueprints, process asset drafts, and review recommendations, not legal, financial, personnel, safety, or production operations conclusions. Matters involving customer commitments, contracts, funds, employment, privacy, security, production system changes, etc. must be reviewed by a person in charge with authority before they can be executed offline or in an external system.
Rollback only refers to withdrawing the report version, process asset status, closed-loop blueprint status or approval status generated in this site, and restoring to the previously saved site records; since this product is not connected to the external production system, rollback does not mean and cannot perform revocation of external systems.
